    Why does your service show up with a different name on my mobile phone bill?

    This is mainly due to limitations on an operator’s billing and invoicing platform.

    Why do I receive SMS reminders?

    This is usually a requirement by the Regulator or Operator. But as a best practice, we send SMS reminders to active subscribers.

    How often are new games added?

    To keep up with the growing demand, our games are constantly being improved and updated, and new games are added to our list.
